Purchase includes 1 ZIP folder containing 1 SVG file. You must be able to unzip or extract files from a ZIP folder in order to use this product. Your files will be ready for download immediately after payment is completed.
WORKING WITH OUR FILES – Please make sure that you have the programs, equipment, and knowledge/skills necessary to work with SVG files. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure these files are compatible with your machine(s) and software before purchase. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Our files were originally designed for CNC and Laser wood cuts, but can be used by many different programs for many uses. Given the variety of uses, instructions are not included.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. We also do not offer exchanges. However, if you encounter a problem with your download, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
